Drivers NG provides on-demand drivers and mobility solutions to companies and private individuals, solving a longstanding problem of finding a trained, reliable, and trusted professional driver in Nigeria.
The company offers its services on a subscription and fee-per-service basis, while managing the management and payment of drivers.
The company handles the training, verification, and management of drivers providing mobility services, allowing it to create stable jobs to trained and vetted drivers enrolled on its platform.
Already active in 12 Nigerian metropolitan areas and with more than 9,000 trained and vetted drivers, Drivers NG is well on the way to become Nigeria’s number one platform for mobility solutions in Nigeria.
GreenTec Capital GmbH was founded in 2015 and focuses on promising and impactful African startups, applying a unique “results4equity” investment model and has In the last two years developed a diversified and risk-curated portfolio of more than 10 innovative African startups and SMEs.
It raised more than EUR 1 million (US$1.11 million) in a 2017 funding round and has been using the investments will to scale-up operations and increase its portfolio of more than 10 impactful African startups to over 50 small and medium enterprises by 2020.
